Preferred material: Polyester fiber (80%) + Spandex (15-20%) blend

Reasons: High elasticity supports muscles and reduces friction; choose styles with honeycomb mesh or laser-perforated technology to enhance breathability; continuous sweat wicking prevents stickiness and avoids salt buildup that can cause skin irritation.

Ordinary polyester fiber (100%) or blended cotton (30% cotton + 70% polyester) offer high cost-effectiveness and comfort; choose a loose fit + breathable mesh underarms.

Polyester fiber: Quick moisture wicking, low cost, strong wrinkle resistance. Suitable for daily training and sprinting. Excellent quick-drying properties. (Easy to retain sweat - low-end models)

Spandex (elastic fiber): High elasticity (added 5%-20%) enhances fit. Suitable for compression garments and high-intensity exercise. Good muscle support. (Poor durability)

Nylon: Good abrasion resistance, lightweight and soft, UV resistant. Suitable for trail running and complex outdoor environments. Slightly weaker moisture absorption. Four-channel fiber structure doubles moisture absorption and heat dissipation efficiency. Marathon running, high temperatures - top-notch sweat-wicking properties

Natural antibacterial, temperature-regulating (warm in winter, cool in summer)Suitable for all-season long-distance running, and allergy sufferers - comfortable and odorless
Hand washing required for maintenance.
