Cleaning seamless T-shirts is similar to that of regular T-shirts, but because the fabric is usually more form-fitting and may contain elastic fibers (such as spandex), gentle handling is necessary to avoid damage. Here are cleaning suggestions based on the latest information:

Pre-treatment of oil stains: If your T-shirt is stained with oil, treat it immediately. Apply a small amount of dish soap directly to the stain, let it sit for 10 minutes to break down the grease, then gently rinse with warm water. Avoid vigorous rubbing to prevent fabric deformation.

Use a mild detergent: Choose a neutral or special lingerie detergent. Avoid using strongly alkaline products to prevent damage to fiber elasticity. When hand washing, the water temperature should be controlled at around 30℃; excessively hot water may cause the spandex to lose its elasticity.

Stain Removal by Soaking: For stubborn stains (such as sweat stains and oil stains), turn the T-shirt inside out, apply a baking soda paste (baking soda mixed with a small amount of water to form a paste) to the stain, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then gently scrub. For yellowed areas, you can also soak the T-shirt in warm water with an oxygen-based bleach (such as sodium percarbonate) for 1 hour, but avoid using this on colored seamless T-shirts.
